If you recently purchased an alcott item at a store, please return it or exchange it there according to their policies.
We can exchange web purchases for a different size or color, or a completely different product. Of course, a full refund can be provided, too, if you’re returning the item within 30 days. Click here to begin the return or exchange process.

Non-profit organizations can request a donation over here. Completion of the form does not guarantee a donation will be sent. Please note that our donations are usually production samples, discolored items, etc. but they are new/unused and perfectly usable. Currently, we only have donation items suitable for LARGE dogs.
